Mushroom Rice
- 2 tpsButter
- 6 Mushrooms, coarsely chopped
- 1 Clove Garlic, minced
- 1 Green Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cupFoody’sCamolino White Rice
- ½ tspChopped Fresh Parsley
- Salt and Pepper

- Prep Time: 5 mins
- Cook Time: 25 mins
- Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat
- Cook mushrooms, garlic, and green onions until the mushrooms are cooked and the liquid if evaporated
- Stir in chicken broth and rice
- Season with parsley, salt, and pepper
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 mins
